I am an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Texas- McCombs School of Business in Austin.

I completed my PhD in Strategy from the University of Michigan- Ross School of Business.
I study how novel ways of organizing (such as Bossless firms), and technologies (such as AI, robots and automation) shape various organizational outcomes.
